Yes, delivery charges apply. However, delivery is free for orders over €250 .

For in-stock items, delivery usually takes between 2 and 5 business days . In case of additional delay, we will inform you directly.
If the shipment is made via GLS , you will receive a Track & Trace tracking code by email.
If transport is provided by MACA , we will contact you to arrange a delivery date.

Yes, only if the product is new, unused and still sealed .

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

Tinted paints cannot be returned.

Refunds are processed within 30 days of receipt and verification of the return.
Yes, exchanges are possible except for tinted paints and under similar conditions to returns.
We invite you to contact us by email. Express delivery times of less than 48 hours are possible, but fees may be €30–40 depending on the service chosen.
